Dragon's Dogma 2 is more like "Dragon's Dogma Re-imagined". You can clearly see that in the main title and intro video where the '2' in 'Dragons Dogma 2' is nowhere to be found.

The first game already placed the idea in our minds that the world and time was cyclical and the events tend to repeat themselves in different timelines.

Both are magnificent games. Try the first one (is often on sale and very cheap). If you don't like that one, you probably wont like this one.

They're masterworks all. You can't go wrong playing this one.

Playing on 2k on a RTX 2080 with all options cranked to the max. No problem with controller whatsoever. No crashes in 6 hrs or anything people has been reporting. I am in love with this game.

Just buy the base game, do not feel rush to purchase any of the DLC it is not necesary. Buy this one, and Warhammer 1 so you can have the mortal campaign.

I was doubtful myself, but just with the base game I've played more than 100 hours with just 3 races.

Best strategy game ever.

Game running smoothly as silk with an RTX 2070. Beautiful game. Back to my younger days. I love it.

Dark Souls, es como uno de los vinos mas finos. Hay que saborearlo con calma para encontrar y disfrutar de todos sus matices.

En pocas palabras, si consideras que la industria trata como retrasados mentales a los jugadores, si consideras que no hay suficiente epica en los juegos AAA, si consideras que es mejor ver y percibir la historia en los escenarios, dialogos y pequeños momentos a que te la cuenten con mil cinematicas, si consideras que sentir como tu personaje en un RPG se hace realmente fuerte y epico por tu habilidad en lugar de por sistemas baratos de progresion y si finalmente aprecias una mitologia original que te hace querer mas y mas y te vuelves un drogadicto al lore, amaras Dark Souls con todo tu ser.
