у меня запор + понос
С каждым днем становится все хуже. Если меня долго не будет - я или близок к смерти, или уже умер. В любом случае я верю в лучшее, хочу чтобы кончился этот кошмар поскорее, лишь бы пронесло, я не хочу умирать. Надеюсь, природа и здоровье спасут меня.

Alright if you are a monolingual weeb with an interest in learning Russian here is a post on some basic Russian language learning. Duolingo is a start, but you need to listen to actual spoken Russian speech and do some written practice. Virtually everybody in Russia writes in cursive and not print, so if you learn Russian cursive it will help you with the Russian italic print when it comes up online. You only see Russian people writing in print in situations like they are kindergarteners or protesters writing signs. So if you see а shopping list it would most likely be in cursive.

Here is a good beginner's online Russian textbook called mezhdu nami, literally "between us." The sections of the textbook have slow audio for you to listen to. The first sections will teach you Russian cursive.

Wiktionary is for a bunch of languages not just Russian. But it has the definitions for over a million Russian words and will provide the conjugations for verbs and declinations for nouns. Sometimes there are sentence examples for words too.

Russia Today actually has a good website for learning Russian from zero. It has all the grammatical stuff you need plus quite a few vocabulary lists.

If you are willing to pay a monthly subscription I would recommend lingq.

If you want to machine translate something or if you want to find sentence examples for some Russian words I recommend you use Yandex translate than Google translate. Yandex translate is more accurate than Google translate. Yandex is the Russian competitor to Google in general as a search engine. 54% of Russians use Yandex as their primary search engine of choice.

A great YouTube channel is Russian grammar. The channel host has excellent pronunciation and goes over all kinds of grammatical stuff like Russian motion verbs and participles.

The best way to learn a language is through input and not memorizing a bunch of charts and rules. So watch as many videos and movies in Russian as possible. Start listening to most of your music in Russian and so on. Even if you don't have any subtitles it's good to just watch and listen anyway. You will learn from that even though you probably don't understand everything at this stage.

По наушникам с активным шумодавом, обрати внимание на Razer Blackshark V3 pro. Я не фанат рейзера, но эти наушники удачные.
