Genius art direction and atmosphere made thoroughly unenjoyable by insufficient clues on how to progress in some areas, and the breathing mechanic.

That feeling when you have to take CalTrain because BART isn't running, and you accidentally sneak into someone's gallery opening, eat someone else's pizza, shoplift a bunch of classic jazz vinyls and teleport through a glowing cattle skull...

Typical Saturday afternoon for me, you should try it sometime.

Part interactive surrealist painting, part case study in how to create horror without jumpscares, part example of doing good ludonarrative when the -background- is the main antagonist, part liminal architecture wonderland, all enjoyable (if a teensy bit short).

If you liked Babbdi, Riven, or the manga Blame!, you might like this too.

Hard recommend.

Was originally a thumbs up for "Cozy survival crafting"; changed to a thumbs-down for "every dungeon is now Super Mario Galaxy but with worse controls". Also, the building is too strict about not letting things overlap and desperately tries to prevent you from building anything interesting.

Loads of things to like in this one, but, ultimately, it's too difficult to be enjoyable. An easy mode would have been helpful.

Sweaty af, chock full of people who play this and only and act like they're the cleverest thing ever for beating you. No, thanks.

Heartwarming and cozy. Recommended.
