It's a pretty good and memorable game in almost every way. If you haven't played jet you may be wondering if it's that good, and the answer is: yes, it's that good.
I feel unnecesary to list all the good things, because all the other reviews already did it.
I know it's hard to trust in an overwhelming positive reviews, so that's why I write here some few flaws to prove that I can still see when something is not perfect:
  • Many of the "boss fights" are nearly just dodge everything until the boss gets tired of attacking. This is one of the few games where the normal enemies are frequently more interesting than the bosses (to be fair, other "boss fights" are VERY interesting).
  • The 4:3 aspect ratio instead of being wide-screen
  • There are few cutscenes(like some of the endings) that consists of only a black screen and character dialogs, and that cutscenes would been better with something happening on screen.
  • The first minutes has a lot of guess puzzles (the puzzles gets better after that)
  • The random "battles" on the first minutes are too repetitive (later, it's uncommon to see the same enemy two times unless you die and load your save).
  • This is not really a flaw but a "disclaimer". Even when most of the game is consistently good, there are very few parts that I would call brilliant, but most of the game is just like an old-school RPG centered around comedy.
Over all, none of the flaws should prevent you form playing this game. Best game of all time?, maybe for some people, I'm not sure if you(the reader) would enjoy that much the game, but even if you don't enjoy it that much, I think at least you would have a good time, and also, the price is pretty low :).
