A simple to pick up breakout game, serving as a vessel for the currently popular rogue-lite formula you may know from games like vampire survivor or megabonk , although with a stronger emphasis on incremental power increases. The major difference to the aforementioned games is that individual runs do have a fixed ending, and the funny lategame scaling is more of a metaprogression thing.

Mixing, matching and combining both your active equipment in a run (balls) as well as your passive equipment is simple, satisfying and leaves plenty of room for strategizing.
If you're the type to want to see incremental progressions come to it's conclusion, you will get a lot more hours out of this than I did, however even though I'm not like that, I can still highly recommend you play this.

Have you ever wanted to swear like a sailor at your friends as a core gameplay element?
This game, even though it may make you attempt to be competitive, is a game where you can do exactly that.
Who cares if your boat sank, as long as you were all sinking drunken sailor (preferably drunk)

No, I'm serious, my friends were talking about the "mod developer" when adressing the makers, because it put them in the same mindset as playing a tech-based minecraft modpack.

Only relaxing during the first run, a lot more fun during all the other ones

From the guys I played this with frequently, I'm the one with the least time spent in it (by at least a factor of 2)

Annoying pacing, unnecessary out of match currencies, questionable gameplay adaptation - this game has them all

When you drive, turn on radio X - trust me
To be fair, I don't feel like this is the best port ever for a game like this (regarding mouse sensitivity) and the camera control during driving is annoying, but otherwise this is the best gta experience I've had in my life (played IV and V on console)
To sum up, I'm giving this game 2 number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 7, a number 6 with extra dip, two number 45s (one with cheese) and a large soda /10

Highly recommended when you want to cry about a game being over. 7 puppies were harmed in the process of me trying to regain my manlyness.
