I only used this for a brief moment but I still want to share my opinion. I think it's a great program, way more friendlier than blender, but I still believe I have lots to learn. At first it will be very confusing to use so I highly suggest a following a starting tutorial. Right now I only plan to use this tool for renders and references for my drawings and not animations, so the settings that this app provides is sufficient for me.
I will keep using SFM and share my opinion and progress later on.

This isn't a game, this is your second life.
It's impressive how this game managed to be so realistic and immersive, it's the kind of RPG that doesn't take any fantasy BS and makes you spend the day like how you would in real life (though it is of course simplified in some areas). In the story you are not some legendary knight that is there to save the entire world, you are just a simple commoner, adding more to realism, which is quite a breath of fresh air. At first I disliked the combat system, but after I came back to the game and tried to master it, it quickly became very enjoyable, with every takedown bringing you more satisfaction and as a message telling you "Good job mate, you're closer and closer to become the best knight." And if you worry about the story content, don't. I played for around 51 hours as of writing this and I don't think I yet reached half of the story, with plenty of activities and locations for you to explore and spend time.
This game is to be taken as difficult, and it's totally okay if you don't manage at first, what matters is practice, just like in real life. There is also the Hardcore mode which makes the playthrough that was already hard, even more chaotic, which will be my goal after I finish the normal game and be sure that I am very familiar with the combat.
An unforgivable masterpiece.

An absolute masterpiece. 90's atmosphere and the sound effects, *cheffs kiss*. For 1.23 USD this is a must buy. Care for an orange?

I must say, as a big Simulacra fan, this title left me disappointed.
Simulacra 1, pipe dreams, and 2 were all perfect, 10 out of 10, although I can't really say sure about this one.
I did like how websites looks, yeah, they did improve a lot on it and it is now more interactive, but the story itself is kinda meh.
To start of, you don't even have many characters to talk to, SIM 1 and 2 had many contacts you can talk with, although the case obviously isn't the same with Pipe Dreams, but even that felt more rich, SIM 3 still felt the emptiest.
What about the ending? While it was true that they worked on CGI and making the scene look more appealing, still feels more boring than the predecessors.
The point of Simulacra is to fight against an artificial enemy that shapes reality and replaces our bodies, pretending to be them? This? This is more of an urban story of a scary ghost haunting the town, what's to "futuristic" about this? The title doesn't match the context.

So should you buy this game? Even for a hardcore fan, I can't really say for sure, the story is quite boring and doesn't have connection with its predecessors. But if you just wanna buy it for collection and completing the Simulacra saga, go on, spend those 6 bucks, atleast the list is bigger.
