Ok, after figuring out what I did wrong, this game is actually really fun and unique. Just make sure you don't make the same mistake I did putting the mission card in the wrong slot on the fax machine. :P

Ok, I tried the game again and figured out what I did wrong. You can put the starting mission card in the slot where the faxes come out. I had mistakenly put them there because I thought the light was indicating that was the correct spot and then it actually printed the support card with the phone number. So I thought to actually start the mission I had to dial that number. Upon further investigation, I saw the directions on top and put the card in the actual fax area and the mission started. I'll update my review, but you might want to consider trying to guide the player a little more to get started. Everything after that point went smoothly.

Sorry to hear that you couldn't get the game to work!

If you'd like to try again then I can give you some advice:
1. to start a mission you have to place one of mission cards (blue or red) in the top of the fax machine (the part with the arrows) and then press the red button.
2. You never have to dial a number, characters will call you. Dialing is just used for extra fun stuff like dialogue and pizza.

I hope this helps you if you decide to try again :)
