Maybe like a 6/10 game for me, meaning, slightly above average.

Pros
-Obviously inspired by Vamp Survivors so if you like that genre, this game is for you
-Sense of progression with upgrades, character & weapon unlocks, area unlocks, etc
-Upgrades & guns are fun and interesting, mostly the guns I think
-You get to choose where to shoot your primary weapon, or you can select an auto aim with a spacebar toggle. The fact that this is an option was a nice touch that I appreciated.

Cons
-While the limited color palette can appear clean for the art style, it's actually very detrimental as well. The player character, some of the projectiles, the level up orbs, and the enemies can be very similar in color and it is such an eye sore. It's my major complaint and I feel like I end up dying 90% of the time because I'm unable to distinguish between my player model, the enemies, and the millions of level up orbs that are on the ground, especially when I have lots of speed upgrades and there are projectiles ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everywhere. The game does offer to provide white outlines on enemies... but I think I'd rather prefer if the enemies were a different color all together.
