Great PvE. Mixed bag with current state for PvP.

I bought this game thinking it'd play like a roguelike. This is simply a couch coop/party game. There's no progression between runs beyond just trying to get a better high score. I was disappointed and decided to try for a second run.

With the new mindset, understanding that that run is all there is....its pretty fun. Get a few friends together and just see how far you can get. I enjoyed my time with it and decided to keep it as I think it'd be fun to play with the kids.

Great roguelike game and mods can exte4nd this game by a lot. Having multiplayer is a big plus in the roguelike space as well and it's great with friends.

Great looter shooter and great PvE experience. PvP could be a lot better but they're working on it.

Server situation is a joke though with the way they fill up and invites.

Great intro gaming engine to learn on. Definitely worth an upgrade if you want to have more control compared to something like RPG Maker or Intersect engines for 2d RPGS. There is a learning curve though depending on what sort of experience you have.

Crazy board game. Simple fun with enough strategy to make it interesting without getting bogged down in it.

Great game and overall fun. Wish there was more to the combat as once you get money coming in the game snowballs quick. The 3rd dungeon onward I was able to clear on first attempts. Once you get next tier of chosen gear, it's easy.

The shop aspect I wish had more going on. Generally I just had to find the "perfect price and never had to worry once I did. There is some demand mechanic but largely it's impact was minimal. If there were events that caused more fluctuations it'd be great for this aspect of the game. Even then though, as easy as high price items are to come by, I don't know if it'd make that much of a difference.

If you're into the shop management games it's worth checking out. It took me a little over 20 hours to beat so I got my money worth. There's a New Game + mode I've only done like 10 minutes of and 1 DLC I haven't bought so might get more out of it.

SCP: Secret Files is a great take on many of the SCP's and getting to experience them in this fashion is amazing. The first SCP they give you is confusing as this was made long before the WIKI had made it to that number and essentially the number got taken by something else.

My main complaint in this game is that it ends in a cliffhanger. I don't know if there's a planned sequel or anything yet so hope to see more. But the last SCP feels very "meh" to experience and feels very weak after some of the stuff we go through earlier in the game.

Definitely worth the playthrough though as the journey is still worth it.

If you wanted more FtK 1, here ya go. Devs have been good at fixing the launch issues as they been cropping up.
