oh boy where do i start with this one...

Pros:
-good destruction
-terrorist hunt can be a blast with friends
-good replayability with different maps and setups for those maps (sorta like payday 2)

Cons:
-HORRIBLE netcode (yes it had gotten better but its still bad)
-matchamaking is a joke (level 1s VS level 100s)
-hackers, hackers everywhere
-as a defender you can go outside and kill the entire enemy team at their spawn (yes it shows where you are but only after 3 seconds and by then youve killed half their team with a nitro cell)
-new operators (you get them for free with season pass) cost 25K renown whereas regular operators are at tops 2K, also to put this in perspective you get about 200-300 renown (if you have a good match)
-Season pass operators are MUCH better than standard operators (one of them has a gun shield which blocks about 90% of all bullets thrown his way)
-Some operators are completely useless whereas its a fight for the good ones (ive been teamkilled so many times because i selected an operator first)
-Community (dont get me wrong this community used to be amazing but then christmas came around and the summer sales and now it has grown to be horrible)
-Ubisoft

Other thoughts:
-if you have a good team it can be fun
-if there arent hackers in your game it can be fun
-if you dont get teamkilled it can be fun
-it can be fun

This game had SO MUCH potential and they threw it away. yes its getting patched but i feel its in a worse state now than it was at launch.

if you can get it cheap then go for it but never in a million years would i recommend this game at full price (even higher if you buy the season pass which unless you wanna grind for 20 hours is basically a must)
