First of all you need to know that this is early access, so its expected to be like it is.
With that said, the game is terrible, to be honest. Its terrible because its too expensive for what it delivers.
lets get to the pros and cons first.

Pros:
-Best idea for a game i've seen in a while, incredibly original.
-Controls are for the most part preety good and its fast to interact with things
-Graphics are not that bad
-Posibility of real expansion and a lot of hours if the developers take the right choices.

Cons:
-Terrible Performance (expected for an early access)
-The game feels empty, cant have more than 12 pedestrians and 20 vehicles running at the same time each (expected for an early access)
-Terrible AI, dumb as ♥♥♥♥, the dumbest ive seen in a while, they shoot without line of sight, through glass and walls (without damaging you obviously) and run like chickens without heads.

Now tearing down Each role on the game

-Policeman: Great idea, probably the most appealing. Gun physics suck ass and shootouts have no thrill at all, they're just very dull and empty. Taking care of criminals is preety easy, the command controls /like stay, follow, grab, inspect, call for transport) are good and easy to access. Driving is not terrible, but its kinda meh, of course no crash physics so no damage to the car, as expected for an early access game.

-Firefighter: Terrible, slow as hell truck, wich is realistic but super annoying to drive. The controls fro the stairs are horribly bad and the fire wont extinguish as easy as one may think (i had gta sa as a reference, firefighter missions) and btw no ai co-op with you, so you get to do all the work. (maybe introducing them in new updates)

-Paramedic: Didn't even tried this one, probably the less appealing, and i also my game crashed so i gave up with the performance being sucky.

All of these modes lack of the real thrill to be a policeman, firefighter and i assume paramedic as well, since the game feels empty itself.

It wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt so expensive, even with discount its not worth it. i would recommend the developers to let this stage of the game be free-to-play singleplayer to get more people attracted to it, because it feels more like a demo than an early access.

Tried it again and it's a lot more playable now.
I'm currently testing things out as police force but it's come a long way.
