I got the demo and didn't think this game was for me. I was so wrong.

This is the most engaging city builder I've ever played. It never really feels like there is "downtime" or waiting around except at the very end when you've had a successful run. It implements the mazlowe hierarchy of needs in a realistic and fun way. Best of all, the sessions are pretty short and airtight. You restart your city after about 2 hours of optimization, which allows for a very intense experience where you're only really playing the best parts of the game, not getting into the super late part of most management games were its just tiny tweaks and idleness.
