I really do like this game franchise.

The fact that there is no real Wiki or Guide out there, its a lot of trying out until you find the best possible weapon, the best possible armor, the best possible spot for the camp.

The new camp really is a big advantage over the original HtS, its a place to store things. It really does a good part for the collectors.

The missions are a bit repetetive from time to time, but overall they are well designed

This game does motivate for a very long time for a price that is very affordable (G2A, MMOGA)
And someone who prefers gamplay over grafics could be at the right place!

I can recommend this game!

I got this game out of the Humble Bundle, and I really like that game and played it for days...

The teams where by far more balanced because at that time the good players were outnumbered by the new once that came in with the Humble Bundle.
So I had plenty of room to try out new Heroes with still a decent feeling for success and I first had to stick with my Heroes I already know how to handle, once there was a good team we had to play against!

Now its 9 out of 10 times that I somehow end up with a team that has an average level of 30, facing a full 100+ team. Thats not just boring as hell, it is freaking frustrating. Because people are still trying out heroes, have no idea what to pick for a balanced team.

The Matchmaking is by far the WORST that the industry has to offer these days.

it cant be difficult to do better than this.

The game is acualy a really nice game, but as it is right now, its just a freaking disaster and does not deserve to be played! There is no way that I can possibly recomend this game to any other person.

I hope that somedays I can go back to this game, see that it changed for the better and then change my mind of recomending this game to other people!

I like the game, but I dont recommend buying it for the online mode, since it has more hackers then the cheapest of the cheapest MMO's. I have never seen more hackers in a game ever before, and I play games since 15 years now. They put you in a glasbox so you can have fun in a 2 m square or enter another lobby. They spawn 50 clones on you so your game crashes, you basicly stuck in the loding scene for the most time...

Ein Spiel das es durchaus wert ist gespielt zu werden, jedoch muss man auch viel Frustresistenz mitbringen und Geduld.

Man beginnt mit einem Soldat mit einer Bewaffnung die sehr Situationsabhängig ist. Es dauert zum Beispiel sehr lange bis man einen Panzer beschädigen kann, noch länger bis man genug Munition/Feuerkraft hat um ihm auch gefährlich zu werden. Gegen Piloten und Sniper gilt das Selbe, hier braucht es Frustresistenz.

Auch sind alle Waffen und Upgrades sehr teuer und neben dem langen Leveln muss man viel Geld farmen um sich Waffen leisten oder ausbauen zu können.

Hat man dann das gewünschte Setup ist es dann aber auch umso motivierender weiter zu machen.

Jedoch braucht es für den Piloten einen neuen Charackter, wenn der andere schon ein Panzerfahrer ist, dann fängt das Leveln von vorne an.

Alles in allem ist es neben dem Grind ein Cooles Spiel. 7/10

I havent played any of the COD's until this one, I am more the BF type, but I thought "give it a try" once it was on sale.

I call it a big mistake and even the reduced price was just not worth it.
The game isnt very difficult, in fact there are just 1-2 persons per match that are a real threat, but still you die over and over. I would say in over 95% of my death's it was killing from behind/side because of the map design, or due to some noskill mines that you hear the allert just too late. If I compare that to its counter part BF3-4, there is a general organisation on the map, so I know where I have to look and fight, so most of the times I face my opponent not from behind, so actual skill is required and its less frustrating.

The weapons play well, the attachments are ok, the grafics are good even it could be simply more of that all.

The thing that pissed me off the most was the sprinting. There is just a toggle, so you press once to start sprinting, and you press again to stop, no holding down untill you dont want anymore. This game wants to be the Nr.1 Shooter in the world and it has no alternative sprinting option? That is a very big minus there, since it is the only game I know that doesnt offer an alternative sprinting.

Another thing would be the server hosts. Its not a server, its always a player that hosts the game, that really sucks in my opinion, since often your own ping is simply perfect (about 10-15) but once you run around a corner you dont even see the opponent, you are simply dead, then in the "kill cam" you see that you could have killed him really easy, if the server would be better. That makes the fast game even faster, too fast to response sometimes...

As a shooter it was a nice try, but for the price and the price for its DLC's and its technical issues and the map issues I wont buy anotherone, Ill stick to my BF or all the other titles that are out there...

3/10 from me here (the sprinting is 3 points)

I havent played the previous Max Payne games, so I cant compare with those.

Max Payne 3 is a game I never played without alcohol, it just fits with the game itself.
But I believe it wouldnt be a good game without, since its a story game, a story all about alcohol and pills.
The story isnt the thing that makes it bad, its the way they tell the story, there isnt a "level" to play, its a jump from cutscenes to cutscenes, with flashbacks in Max's life and all that sort of stuff. Now the story might be not bad, and the way they tell the story just depends if you like it or not, but it makes the game bad as a game.
Its about 3/4 scripted scenes and leaves us less then 1/4 of "game".
So I would be the one that calls it more an "interactive movie" and as that it would be great, at least I liked it (with alcohol).

But that 1/4 of a game is definetly fun. All about slow motion and nice kill cams, and more kill cams and more slow motion. Perfect once you are drunk, or on some other stuff we dont want to name. The slow motion makes the game definetly too easy for my taste. Jump in a rom of opponents, one bullet in each head and the level is done, thats how it is the most of the time, for an average shooter player, not a big deal. Doesnt mean that it isnt fun, and with alcohol even that gets a little harder, but still that easy that you wont fail...

3/10 as a game...
8/10 as an experience.

I would spend my time with it, if I wouldnt have already.
(Note: All the DLC's are Multiplayer and the Multiplayer is like the one of Tomb Raider: Dead)

Probably the best Co-op shooter out there!

That game provides some good stuff. The story isnt very addictive, but it does its job to provide the missions that are great fun. The stealth mechanics of the game are great and keep me having the run with Bow and knife. The grafics are good, the island is nicely put together, the only thing I would change for the future, once you are through the story missions there is barely anything to do, a menu to replay some missions without starting a new game would be easy and a cool feature, since missions provide cool fights at cool places.

There could be more weapons and attachments tough, 9/10

(Coop sucks, since its in seperate levels and not simply on the big island)

Big fun! But the game content isnt as big as its counterpart GTA. Already the character creation deserves a game itself...
