We are so back.

There was concern during the OBT due to the optimization and I see a lot of reviews here saying that it's bad. It's not. The optimization between OBT and release is like night and day, for the better.

Are there some kinks to work out? Sure, but it's no where near as bad as people are saying.

A great enhanced edition for SMT V! Adds a lot of improvements and changes beyond just the new story.

Edge of Eternity is a game I've had on my wishlist for a while and kept my eye on as it seemed promising. I obtained it recently and played just over an hour of it. I'm sad to say that it, in my opinion, still only seems promising.

The design is quite nice, the team has done a good job on the art and sound. Voice acting is quite nice as well, the added banter to make the characters seem more alive is a welcome addition however there seems to be some varying delay between characters talking (some are slower whilst others sound faster). There's also delay between the what is being said and what the subtitles are saying.

However upon starting the game you are thrust into the world and a situation that you (the player) have no time to really react or respond to. Who are these people? What is this place? What is going on? Even as it progresses I was still left wondering what was actually happening, other than the obvious of course.


The tutorials could use a little cleaning up, the info boxes take up a large portion of the screen. Combat is a nice change from the usual turn-based however I do hope they adjust how the camera works, being able to use my mousewheel to zoom in and out would be great as well as the controls of moving the camera felt a little sluggish.

Somehow the main character gets himself a new set of armour which I wasn't entirely sure how that happened - one moment he has this uniform and then somehow he's obtained an entirely different set of armour. This isn't really a huge issue, it's just not explained and so is kind of strange.

I couldn't find myself becoming interested in the story, the premise is interesting but nothing particularly drew me in to want to keep going. The opening trailer tells you of this sickness/disease(?) and it occurs at the start of the game but doesn't make sense as to how it just appeared and did not effect everyone.

Hopefully with some more polish and cleaning of both the gameplay, story and UI and the full release, this game will be fun to play. The story needs to be adjusted in order for continuity and to make sense in linking scenes and lore.

Great game, can't complain. Originally got this on release for PS4 and couldn't give up a good sale on a good game. Fast-pased FPS with mechas, what more can you want?

This is a great game full of explosions and wit, go solo or co-op. Run and shoot so you can grab some booty and loot of course.

My hours on steam do not reflect my total gametime as I played Warframe outside of steam. I have roughly double the hours it shows here.

A fun, chilled, rogue-like, side-scroller of death and combat with pretty pixel graphics and sweet music to go with it.

I've kept Eon Altar on a watchlist of sorts as the main concept (using your phone/tablet to play) appealed to me, I thought that was quite a nifty way to play an RPG however I didn't buy it until December 2015 which in someways is good and bad. Good because it's had various updates and Episode 2 so there's more content and bug fixes etc and bad because I should have gotten it sooner.

It's definetly a fun game with how you play it and how you can choose to play it although it is definetly worth playing with at least one other person. If you play Solo you won't get the full experience of what this game offers.

Do you choose to communicate with your group openly or be secretive about what your character is after? It's up to you and can prove interesting when certain events where a group vote is required.

Eon Altar uses a Renown and Resources system to upgrade your character, Renown is basically a Skill Point System to aquire new skills and improve current ones. Resources are used to upgrade your Weapon and Armour as well as craft certain items.

It's a very fun game to play and the price is definetly worth it.

One of, if not the, best Star Wars games ever created.

Characters and story that are engaging and leave you wanting to know more. A very nice RPG and DnD feel to it.

Just go play it.

Yes there was an issue, but it was just an easy fix and people decided to leave negative reviews because of something that was easily fixed.
