In terms of gameplay and story, it's as good or even better than gta V.

On the other hand, I highly recommend you to play it on console. This "PC port" is just a big joke bug fiesta, not worth a penny.

i7-8700, 16GB Ram, rtx 2080, fps going from 144 to 50 with no reasons whatsoever.
