Cities: Skylines is in my opinion one of the best "City Builder" simulations with all the opportunities (e.g. Mods, BIG maps,...).

The mods are community made and they work well. The graphics are quite nice but if you scroll in all the way it starts to lag (maybe a problem that is caused by my PC).

You can also create your own maps with an editor(e.g. the GTA V map, or something like that). Buildings can be created in the editor too.

Money is not really a problem so you will not have a problem with it. At the beginning it takes more time to build something, but later on you will have millions of dollars.

Would I recommend this game? -YES, TOTALLY! ( For everyone who is a fan of city simulations and who wants to get it )
