Rocket League was a breath of fresh air when it came out, took the world by storm, and was eventually bought by none other than Epic Games.

The game's state is one of the biggest downfalls the gaming industry has even seen in a long time. From cheaters and boosted accounts on high ranks to game servers that are receiving DDoS attacks constantly, Epic Games has no interest in expanding Rocket League or giving it the treatment it deserves for the potential it has; they are focused on producing cosmetic slop for the item shop and making the user experience as bad as they possibly can in order for people to leave and eventually kill the game.

Epic Games since they bought Rocket League have removed player-to-player trading, extra game modes that people liked, steam workshop map support, and most importantly, the ability to get the game on the Steam store.

A great game ruined by corporate greed and Epic Games's incompetence.
