First off I gotta say that Rust is an amazing game. It is now one of my favorites. My only complaint is of the fan base/people who play this. 80% of the people who play this game are very very VERY TOXIC. I would rate it #1 most toxic player base I've ever seen. People in this game will harass you non stop, even when you are no longer playing the game. It is worse than hearing a kid scream the n word over and over again on Black OPs back on your Xbox 360 in 2012. Best thing to do to avoid most of them is to go in low pop servers
