As you said, no one would expect such an experience coming out of what looks like a cute little VN. I for myself had moments in the game where I just sat down for a moment to think about what I just read. And this review boils down what the game brings the player at the end: thoughts.
Thoughts about us, about our surroundings. Thoughts about what we are and what we get. And in the end we all get something different out of these thoughts. And maybe we can use them to help us or the ones around us. Maybe there will be this person who needs that "See you tomorrow!" And then we can be at their side to help them.
