Perhaps, one of THE BEST city-building simulators you will ever find.
Extreme amount of managment and possibilities on the hardest mode, where you can really see how HARD it is truly to make a city work.
You will have to manage factory supply chains, vehicle maintenance, fuel, citizen needs, give you WANT to.
There are easy modes here, where its waaaay simpler. And even they are more complex than cimcity or cities:skylines can possibly offer.
Do mind, this is not for everone, it is closer to factorio type of fun, where you get rewarded for planning, calculating and thinking about what you want.
Also, vehicle manufacturing takes a special place in my heart, you can buy (and install modded ones too!) vehicle licenses and make them, I had great joy when I managed to build a republic with full supply chain for the car factory, where from ores and plants, to metals, chemicals, plastics and cloth, to completed rows and rows of cars in the vehicle storage right outside of your nicely-built manufacturing plant...
And there is more! There are ships, planes, helicopters, trains... so much to explore and have fun with!

Graphics are a bit old but it gives unique vibe to this game, music is nice as well!~
