It's an incredible platformer that is crafted with such integrity and brilliance. It is obvious that lots of work and care was put into this game. It is an extremely polished experience and it is so fun. It is not only a simply magnificent experience to play through, it also boasts a compelling narrative and a soft, gentle take on mental illness and life in general. It's a game that tells you to make mistakes, and learn from them, instead of being afraid of them. There is no punishment for failure. Just a delicious soundtrack that pushes you to keep trying your hardest.

Fantastic game. Also, game said trans rights. So buy it.

It is a beautiful and transcendent experience. I have only scratched the surface of it, but so far I have enjoyed unraveling this strange and procedural world. It's grueling and beautiful and I love it! Also, trans rights. 🏳️‍⚧️

Wow. What a fresh and fun game. Sonic Mania knows exactly what elements made the classic Sonic games great. These elements are masterfully implemented and improved upon - from movement, level design, graphics, music... It's amazing because it's all new and polished, and yet it captures the classic Sonic feel perfectly. Even the main menu music, it sounds like it could fit perfectly into any of the Genesis games.

The game has classic levels, and it has original, new levels. The classic levels aren't just cut-and-pasted, but rather they have elements of the new devs' ideas implemented into them. It was a lot of fun speeding through a Green Hill Zone that was familiar to me, and yet still surprised me and made me think... I must say, the new, original levels are where this game really shines. Each one is masterfully crafted. Each one brings out this unique feeling, and, despite being completely new, they feel like perfect fits in the Sonic universe.

Every Sonic fan needs to give this a spin. Anyone who's a fan of platformers should give it a shot, too. Thank you devs for making a Sonic game that hit all the right notes. That's certainly something we've needed!

Such a fun game! It's so cute, too. It's easy to sink hours into this game tending to your slime friends. Incredibly enjoyable and worth purchasing. My only complaint is the way inventory slots work. If you have twenty of an item, you can't pick up ANY more of that item, even if you have open inventory slots. I don't understand this mechanic, but it really doesn't detract from my enjoyment of the game.

Definitely worth checking out if you like this kind of game!

I love this game. It is absolutely amazing. There is so much you can do, and it has so many awesome features that I find other strategy games to be lacking. This is definitely among my favorite strategy games of all time.

My expectations were far exceeded. This game is very clever, unique, and a lot of fun. It's a refreshing take on the JRPG type genre. I enjoy it a lot, I'd recommend it heavily.

I remember how cool this game looked when it came out in alpha. I so badly wanted to play it and was happy that I could buy it - I was very excited to see all of the awesome changes they promised!

And now, here I am - it's the exact same game. Alongside this, I just found out it was abandoned, too - wonderful.

This game does not feel complete, and barely qualifies as a, "physics sandbox" as the physics are nonsensical. Nothing seems to work as intended. I have tried everything and had no success in making a vehicle that works. There isn't even a tutorial to help me figure it out. Right now I would avoid this game.

I am personally not a fan of this game. I think the concept is very interesting, however, I feel as though it is poorly executed in this game. It is not something that entertains me much. However, I see the appeal, and I think that anyone who is interested in the concept should check out the sequel, which has far better execution as far as I have seen; if the concept interests you, try out the other ones.

Don't take it from my time played on Steam, I have been playing this game on the Xbox for quite some time. It's a very solid fighting game with great mechanics, smooth controls, and great character design. Quite a bit of fun, especially if you are a fan of breasts.
