As a fan of walking simulators - this is unfortunately one of the most boring games I have ever played. Don't be fooled by the "psychological horror" tag - there is no horror in this game whatsoever. The demo I originally played seemed very promising, suggesting some sort of entity stalking you in the game, and while the small jumpscares with the smiley faces are nice... That's about it. Camera effects are cool, and the environments are visually pleasing, but you can't really... Do anything. Dreamcore is a lot of wandering around aimlessly in HUGE environments until something *maybe* happens - but it all seems to be entirely luck based whether you find a door or not. Much more frustrating and tedious than other backrooms/liminal space games. If this were a free game, I might have forgiven how boring it is...
