ATTENTION
THANKS TO PARADOX, YOU NEED TO DO THE FOLLOWING FOR THIS MOD TO WORK
1. Open Document/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/mod/fix - after the end fan fork - anime portraits.mod.mod
with notepad
2. replace dependencies with
dependencies={"After the End Fan Fork" "Anime Portraits"}
3. Profit.

What I did
-Added portraits_mountainer.gfx so that their faces no longer get messed up.
-Added dependency to the anime portrait mod so that it loads correctly no matter what.
-Deleted GFX folder that somehow caused problems like messed up americanist clothes

It's almost always with black rulers too, without fail.

After using the fix to the mod file like it says, the portraits return to the broken status they had using the other anime mod. Normal faces with colored outlines running to the right
