Precepts and Memes - Rituals module

Description
Adds new rituals for the Precepts and Memes mod.

Power funneling (For altruistic pawns only):
-Channel the power of your pawns into a single colonist, boosting their stats for the next quadrum.
-Ritual quality is only dependant on ammount of people. The better the ritual goes, the higher the buff will be.
-15 days cooldown.

Equivalent exchange (For Necrolatry only):
-Sacrifices a colonist to bring a dead pawn back to life, as if they hadn't been dead in the first place.
-Ritual can fail, leaving you with two dead people and a 30 days cooldown.
-At 100% quality it has a 20% chance of failure.

Quarterly report (Traders only):
-Requires a leader in the colony.
-After a short and somewhat boring talk about finances, the speech will end. Depending on the outcome, all of the attendants will get a boost or malus to trade prices for the next quadrum.
-15 days cooldown.

Colonist duel (For all the vanilla memes that also get Gladiator duel, and also Necrolatry):
-Allows two colonists and/or slaves to fight each other in honorable combat.
-Works just like the vanilla variant, but this one doesn't require the escorts.
-1 day cooldown for maximum bloodbath.

I think power funneling and the oral tradition rituals from this mod are conflicting. Precepts++

It would be cool if we could have a colonist duel as the ritual to decide who leader titles go to. Do you think that's possible?

Would it be possible to get a version of Equivalent Exchange that allows for sacrificing a prisoner? Maybe make it to where they need to believe in the same Ideology, low chance of success, maybe on lower chance the pawn revives but with some skill loss? I'm sure there are a bunch of options that would lower how OP such an addition would be.

@⎛⎝RubbelDieKatz⎠⎞ I have that happen as well but with the vanilla gladiator duel. It probably has more to do with how it's set up in vanilla or how RH2 handles targeting

I noticed some other things. Apparently the issue goes away when I disable the auto-casting option for said roundhouse kicks. Additionally, after a few more hours, they seem to be fine even with auto-casting enabled. :lunar2019deadpanpig:

First: That sound absolutely f*cking hilarious.

Second: Maybe there's an error cleaning up their jobs or something. I don't personally use that mod, so I cannot really tell you anything certain on this one.

My colonist duel finished a few hours ago, but every time the two contestants pass each other, one of them gets a roundhouse kick from RH2 Hand-To-Hand in the face. Any clue why that could be happening? :lunar2019piginablanket:

@yeet 20% tend quality in the early to mid game can be quite game changing if you lack proper medicine. It's the difference between someone dying of plague or an infection. It also makes your pawns heal way slower.

I believe it's on par with things like "Pain is virtue".
