seems to work on 1.37.2
Fixing the bugs in Idea groups Reworked. After 1.37.2 update this is no longer a complete 1:1 change parity as I mostly just updated some of the numbers in idea groups and kept Vanilla values for some. It is because, I think the vanilla rebalance might be good now. The new idea groups are left in.

You need the original to use this mod.

Great mod! There seems to be a bug with liberty idea's third slot, admin efficiency, cant be bought.

The mod still works in 1.36, no update needed unless IGR gets updated.
