[SFO] 6.0 2X LANDMARKS OF LEGEND +60 lorefriendly-units Rebalanced

This is submod for x2 untis size rebalanced of Gabesky landamrks of legend for SFO. I like what he did in his adaptation of SFO and I besides adapting and rebalancing it for X2 unit size I tweaked the garrisons and units so they are more lorefriendly (disabled some pretty ridiculous units and left more than 60 new units). This mod is a really nice addition

Changes besides x2 adaptation:

-Removed very unlore-friendly units like death units for empire (around 14 units) more than 60 left
-Changed garrison values so the units removed don't have priority
-Reduced the caps in some units, the point of this mod is having variety and other stuff but without having full armies of these "special units"

It enables X2 unit size for SFO
