it is now :
Plasteel :150
Advanced Component: 10

Its a Terribly Simple XML patch and wont conflict with anything likely except mods which change the same stuff.

i made this patch because Healer mech serums are practically non existent for me in modded runs i never see them as quest rewards.

@user666crazyman i guess many people make small XML mods like this one here , just many dont post them , its really easy to make such a mod and i just shared it because some people might like it too or have the same issues with mech serums.
