Stronger Bolts

Description
Requires Dawnguard to use!

Follow-up on the Stronger Arrows LITE mod. As promised, this mod increases the damage of bolts.
This as well, increases the damage done by Bolts by 50%.
Dwarven Bolt: 15 damage
15*50/100=7.5~7
15+7=22
(I'm not entirely sure if this changes the magick damage that applies)

Incompatible with any mods that changes the damagevalues of bolts.
