160pts, Hardcore, and a fully edited moveset/AI.

As one half of the Hardcore Chair Swingin' Freaks, Balls and Axl Rotten were ECW's most beloved tag team. Famous for his folding chair art, his weapon of choice was never far from hand. He also would team with Masato Tanaka and Spike Dudley, with both teams claiming the ECW Tag Championships. Balls would later go solo, and work for WWE until 2008, capping a 21 year career.

Thanks. I am not sure what to do about this in the CPU Logic or else I would have been more specific. It's a thing I'm noticing in a lot of CAWs.

Thanks for the feedback. His special skill is hardcore, so no Q Return nonsense. I'll look into it though.

Looks and plays great but he does not sell. Gets up super quick no matter how much abuse he takes. Unable to do top rope dives onto him, etc.
