removes the annoying "disturbed sleep" Debuff, good for military stile barracks.

I guess i will take up this and update it, someone asked for it in the workshop forums. 5katz let me know if your not ok with this and i won't. Otherwise i guess anyone else with this mod can expect it to be on my workshop page sometime today or tomorrow.
