Description
Simple Unit Icon Raiser for Civilization V: Gods + Kings
by Nutty

Moves unit icons and city banners higher.

Designed to be used in conjunction with Single Unit Graphics (but S.U.G. is not required).

Also see the version for vanilla Civilization V and the Simple Unit Icon Lowerer.

FWIW, I've posted some new experimental betas of the raiser/lowerer at the SUG CivFanatics thread [forums.civfanatics.com]. They now have a combined code base for vanilla and expansions, and include whoward69's "UI - Improved City Banners."

I know I fixed the BNW Lowerer so it at least doesn't hide civilian icons behind the military icons... I'll see what I can do about the rest. I've learned a bit since I originally released these.

Does it work with BNW? I see you don't have a version for it and I don't like how the lowering icon version makes planes difficult to see in cities (hidden behind city banner), how units in cities often creates an empty circle where the icons used to be and civilian icon gets hidden behind military icons when on same tile.

I often have problems visualising the units after they have been injured (their unit icon dissapears) - will test this mod to see if that helps the problem.
