Good work.
The problem here would be that as you didn't buy them through Steam, the workshop would not recognise you as having them, despite it being the same product. As a possible workaround, I have heard rumours that you can still subscribe to the scenario, restart the game and then run the scenario from the single player menu instead of the workshop and it will then recognise the product.
