Diverse Head Gear Enchantments

Description
Due to popular demand I have developed a mod that alters all head gear in the game so that when using the arcane enchanter, more of the enchants are available.

This mod enables:
The fortify skill enchants,
The fortify stat enchants,
The fortify stat regen enchants, and
The resist enchants.

This mod effects:
Helmets
Hoods
Circlets

Thank you for putting this one out! I'm really looking forward to a more diverse set of enchantments in my next playthrough. One little nit to pick, though: it should be affects, not effects, in your description.

THANK YOU. This has been driving me crazy. On the one hand, I want to have a full set of enchanted gear, but most of the time I play a stealth/warrior character, either specialized or mixed between the two, and have absolutely no use for the magica enchantments.
