London to Brighton Scenarios With Realistic Traffic
7 items
Description
Drive the 2P19 08:18 service from East Croydon to London Victoria in a Class 455 on a dull and wet autumn morning, calling at all stations. The traffic pattern is very intense with 35 AI trains which may affect performance especially in the Clapham Junction area. Again the Class 444 has been used as a substitute for the Gatwick Express.

To run this scenario you require the Class 444, Class 455 and the Class 170.

The player and all AI services are taken from the real timetable. Enjoy, and don't forget to watch those signals! :)

Duration : 30 mins Difficulty : Easy

Thanks for this one. Excellent scenario in evil weather - missed the timings like everyone else, but no problem. Frame rate hit? Try turning your headlight off - can make up to 10 FPS difference.

The timings are far too tight skinnyraf! These are some of my older scenarios, nowadays I try to find a workaround for this problem :)
Thankf for the feedback!

Arghhhh! Failed to arrive on time to Thornton Heath and starting from there all my stops failed, as there's no buffer. I slowed down too much on double yellows and approached platforms at 25 mph, which seems to be way too slow.
Good one anyway!

An excellent scenario! Thanks for creating this! I love the masses of AI trains --- makes it all so realistic. The pity is that I couldn't keep to the timetable, but late only at a few stations. I sympathise with the comment below that station stops where your arrival and departure times are the same are not the best!

I wonder how much wheelslip there is on the Southern Network. I know the 319s struggle to accelerate in the rain but that's about it! It's a challenge not using B3 at all and leads to some slightly late arrivals - common on the London Bridge locals!

Thanks again for your time making this scenario.

Not bad but I hate station stops where you are posted to supposedly arrive and depart at the same time except that doesn't work for your own train. IMHO in a standard scenario there should NOT be any penalties or success or failure.
