Better Balanced Pick/Axe

Rebalances to the Pick/Axe to make it more useful. The changes are as follows.

• Pick/Axe has 1000 uses. (From 400.)
  
  
• Pick/Axe works 67% faster
  
  
• Mining now consumes 1 point of durability per swing. (From 3.)
  
  
• Can now be used to hammer objects
  
  
• Recipie now costs 1 Thulecite. (From 2 Thulecite, gold axe, gold pickaxe.)

Note: While the Pick/Axe is capable of digging with modding I did not include it purely because it has graphical issues. To make it look nice would require altering its graphics/skeleton structure which is outside of my ability to do.
