Green crosshair+melee

Description
Simple light green cross shaped crosshairs for everything, including melee.
Hit indicator is the crosshair glowing a bit.

@Goliath, I haven't actually run a mod from the workshop yet, but it should be as simple as hitting the +Subscribe button, launching NS2, clicking Mods on the main menu, then clicking the mod in the list to make it active.
