Harry Enfield's Lodsamoney Midnight Riders music replacement

This addon will replace all Midnight Riders songs with Harry Enfield's Lodsamoney song from 1988. This will replace not just the concert music, it will also replace the Midnight Riders jukebox songs. The other songs from the jukebox will remane untouched and not edited. such as Portal's Still Alive. It can also be called Loadsamoney also.
