May build a second Holy Site, Campus, Harbor Commercial Hub, Theater or Industrial Zone that ignores Population restriction. However, these districts cannot build buildings and does not receive bonuses from beliefs, Social Policies, City-States, etc. All districts in the capital receive 5 times the regular adjacency bonus from adjacency to other districts.

Glitch City UU : White Knight

Glitch City unique unit that replace Mechanized Infantry. Weaker than normal Mechanized Infantry. +10 Combat Strength when fighting in a district. +5 Combat Strength in your territory. Unlocked by Urbanization.

Glitch City unique district that replace Entertainment Complex. provide +2 Amenity. +2 Gold per 1 citizen. This city receives +3 Gold from foreign Trade Routes, while the owner of the Trade Route receives +3 Culture.
