Adds Vinko Bogataj character to Ultimate Arena

Also known as the "Agony of Defeat Guy".
Yugoslavian ski jumper made infamous for his tumble on the downhill ramp from back in the early 1970s, which would eventually represent "The Agony of Defeat" in the intro montage of ABC's "Wide World of Sports" for over 45 years. Has high endurance, but bottomed-out luck.
