Stock Beam Drone Upgrade

A quick upgrade on the stock Beam Drone I've used heavily in the campaign.

The main change is swapping the quad RTGs for a ~400kW lightweight (and unshielded) NTR. Swapped radiators to handle the NTR and tweaked the engine trading for better thrust/TWR.

Between those two changes, it is 2.6 tons lighter and has 40% increased dv and acceleration (in 10% less burn time).

Also the credit cost is reduced by 98% (12Mc to 200kc), so for missions you will only be limited by their (reduced) weight.
