FlexSpec Respec Limitation Relaxer ( Defunct )

Description
It's been a while since I've looked at this so I can't say if it still works. I've also moved on to other things so I won't be coming back to tinker with the code ( sorry ).

As an act of contrition, I have uploaded the mod and code to the ToME forums so that anyone who wants to can take on the work of altering the code to make it work as they see fit ( if they are able to do so ).

Mod Description:

Relaxes respec limitations.
You CAN
Recycle points from most talents anywhere at any time.
Recycle points from categories anywhere at any time.
Recycle points from attributes anywhere at any time ( from the minimum of 1, to the maximum permitted ).
You CANNOT
Recycle points from talents which "Change the world".
Limitations -
I'm not a programmer. I only pretend to be one so I can pay my bills.
I also don't know LUA. What I've done is to just change the source code
to provide the described behavior. As such, expect bugs. Expect problems.
One in particular - If you close the "Level Up" screen, then re-open it,
the game WILL allow you to recycle categories with active talents.
However, if you activate a category, then a talent, and try to de-activate
the category before closing the level up screen, you will see the appropriate
dialog message indicating that you CAN'T DO THAT. I'm not sure why that is.

@Roy: Not sure. Been almost a year since I've done anything with this, and probably won't be doing anything with it. I've uploaded the code to the ToME forums and included a link to the forum post in the mod description.

@calejessee Wow. Glad you like it. Latest change lets you "master" a talent category multiple times.
