Generous Levels

Description
Is more generous with talents, types and stat points for each level gained.
Birth stats remain unchanged.
5 stat points per level, up 2 from 3.
2 talent points per level ( 3 if a multiple of 5 ), 1 ( 2 ) up from 1 ( 2 ).
2 generic points per level ( 1 if a multiple of 5 ), 1 ( 1 ) up from 1 ( 0 ).
4(!) category points per instance at levels 10, 20 and 36 ( and for every 30 levels after if that's a thing ), up 3 from 1.
2 prodigies at levels 30 and 42 ( up from 1 ). Additionally, +1 prodigies every 50 levels ( so 5 total at 50, and 1 more every 50 levels thereafter ).

@Bones Briefly. Unfortunately, I don't have the time/energy/patience/desire/know-how/any-of-the-preceding-to-acquire-the-know-how to do that. But hey, if you ( or someone you know ) want(s) to examine the code and do something like that, I'm not going to stop you.

Have you considered modifying the addon to allow players to input their own level-up rates?

Ah, I'd test it myself but just took a trip and wont be able to use my PC for a few weeks. Still, good job ^^

@Qoazi - Taken your suggestions into consideration and properly implemented the addon. I don't have any DLC so I can't test it in that context, but hopefully it won't collide with anything.

You know, You are superloading the mod, you dont need to overwrite the entirety of the Actors file. Right now this causes compability issues with the Embers of Rage DLC.
If you take a Look at the "Mighty Level up cheat" mod you can find a better way of accomplishing what you're trying to do that wont cause errors for anyone with The DLC and wont overwrite what all other mods that try to edit the Actors.lua file do.
beyond that though, fixed this on my end so i could play, I like the new balance, makes harder difficulities or just messing around much more viable ^^
