Description
DISCLAIMER:
Thanks to KliPeH for verifying that the mod is in fact Repentance-compatible! Though I'm still not sure if I plan on updating my mods any time soon, this is probably my favorite one of the bunch, and I wouldn't mind going back to add new sprites or making some changes to old ones.

Original description:
This mod is a simple graphic rehaul mod that seeks to add consistency and flair to the seven symbol-based item sprites from the Devil Room item pool. Some items have received only minor adjustments, such as outline fixes and color changes. However, other items have some more significant changes, as you will see when playing the game with this mod active.

Notable changes:
The Mark - The “Mark of the Beast” has been given a similar treatment to Brimstone and Spirit of the Night, in that it is now a black symbol with red outlines. Three red blobs have also been added for effect.
Brimstone - The lines of the “Leviathan Cross” are now more accentuated at their ends, and the size of the “infinity loop” at the bottom is now larger.
♥♥♥♥♥ of Babylon - The star in the symbol has been adjusted in placement, and the outlines have been fixed.
Spirit of the Night - Nothing major has changed about this item’s sprite; only the color has been changed to match the others.
Abaddon - The pentagram and circle have been thickened, and the symbol has received a lighter, thicker outline.
Maw of the Void - Similar to the Mark, the symbol is now black with red outlines, while also receiving a rather noticeable change in shape.
Lord of the Pit - The symbol is now a Broken Cross, or a Nero Cross.
Cambion Conception - Similar to Brimstone and Spirit of the Night, the symbol is now black with a red outline; a closed eye with a stream of bloody tears has been added as well.

Confirmed working with the Repentance DLC (Patch 4.0.4)!

To the people complaining about OP "screwing up" Lord of the Pit, his cross is not an arrow or a different artistic interpretation of the original; rather it is a Nero Cross, which promotes anti-Christian beliefs, and serves the same purpose as the Petrine Cross in this game (being the devil deal that it is, giving Isaac "demon wings").

i like all of the sprites but you fcked the the lord of the pit sprite in my opinion the original is better besides that the sprites are cool. If you fixed the inverted cross sprite I would download the mod.

@Fiddler crab That was my intent. I do like the look of the original Abaddon pickup sprite, but there were some inconsistencies with it (some glow being left out, 1 pixel-thin outlines) that I wanted to resolve, while retaining the pentagram shape.

abaddon still looks the same, as in the icon is the exact same as the normal one
