Description
LB-2B 'Assaulter' Attack Fighter

NO MODS

This is the B model 'Pirate Assaulter.' Designed as a space only version, it ditches heavy atmospheric engines for a pair of batteries for better performance. Armament is slightly different, the gatling turret is moved to under the nose and is replaced by a rocket turret on the dorsal side, positioned a few blocks back.

The Assaulter series is the larger brother of the basic fighter found throghout the Space Engineers tutorial/campaign, designed and equipped for an attack role. As such, it is built around four reloadable rocket launchers connected to a moderate supply of rockets. Acceleration is great for a non-hydrogen ship and handling is acceptable, though like the basic fighter it has a tendency to slip or skid in turns.

Update your description, it says that is has no landing gear, however theres two at the back.

Tip: Use a weapon sequencer script . It turns rare salvos of rockets into a constant stream by firing launchers one-by-one while they reload, so your 4 rockets in 1 second will turn into 1 rocket per 0.25s.

It is also very useful because it circumvents a bug/feature within SE's damage system: when a missile explodes and there are other missiles in it's explosion radius, these other missiles vanish without dealing damage. Not to mention that it's far easier to aim a stream of missiles than a single salvo.
