Description
New heavy industry opens up in the city, providing many jobs to citizens...

Okay, so it's not really a refinery, but it sure looks like one. I mean, it doesn't actually turn crude oil into many of the products we use everyday, but it does take oil products and make them into stuff we use everyday. It also is missing a lot of pipes like a true refinery, but it certainly has the giant cylinders for burning oils... Yet it lacks smokestacks to belch smoke. What the hell does this thing do?!

@MegaPatriot: I'm just super slow with the last quarter of school... Although all these models I make are going into my portfolio... So I should try to aim for high-tech stuff soon.

Still cant wait till high tech stuff im a fan of retrofuturistic... I hope we get some high wealth stuff too.
