Better Fish Outlines

Description
Have you ever been annoyed that you cant easily see fish tiles if you scan your screen over the water, because sometimes the fish are completely underwater? This mod adds a permanent white border to both deep water and shore fish, so you will never have trouble tasking your fishing ships again!

- Renamed the slp for the box turtles. The latest update may have broken it. Fixed now.

v1.2
- Added the slp files for the small fish tile (box turtles apparently) from the Rise of the Rajas expansion pack

v1.1
- Added the slp files for the Great Marlin (DOLP1 and DOLP2) as well as what looks like an orca whale (DOLP3)

v1.0 (Initial release):
- Added new slp files for FISH1 to FISH5, FISHS and FISHX

Wonderful mod. However, it looks like the Dolphins are missing borders again; the mod directory lacks the DOLP3_NN SLP that the Dolphin entity refers to, thus reverting to the borderless default. Might this be patched?

I think that may have been the problem. Just updated the filename and I think it should be working again now.
