Description
I recently saw a documentary about Operation Overlord with some commando's all wearing berets so decided to put it in-game. They prob didn't keep these on in action but luckily this is just a game.

Shrapnel doesn't effect commandos.

They actually probably would have kept them on in most covert engagments as the threat of shrapnel would be significantly reduced.
