Dunno, try using the search and look for "citedal" and/or "cloud"
Also, make sure you have Episode 2 mounted.

It should be in Games > EP2 and I made this 3 years ago so I woudln't be surprised if this is all broken so sorry :\

Because I can't find it in the spawn menu, and another thing is when I load this save the citadel disappears
