Description
This mod combines two separate mods, World Tension Reduced and Population Growth +

Changes:
-Reducing the amount of tension generated by various actions
-Increased Tension Reduction over time
-Significant boost to civilian and recruitable population

If steam won't automatically re-download it, you could unsubscribe, manually delete the mod at *steam folder location*\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\1090116335, then re-subscribe.

For me, the bug was an incorrectly named file in the mod folder. When it was there the game crashed for me too. I removed it and things seemed to work fine. Maybe try re-subscribing? It could be the old incorrect file didn't get removed for you when the mod updated.

That's strange, I double checked the mod file and didn't see any reason why it would cause crashes. Regardless I started from scratch and re-did the modifications and re-uploaded the mod. Hopefully it will work fine now, otherwise I'm not sure. It could be conflicting with another mod that uses the same file, or I made a small mistake on the original upload that's hopefully been fixed by redoing it.

This mod causes the game to crash halfway thorugh loading, took me 3 days to figure out the reason for the CTDs, turns out this was the culprit.

The mod should be updated to 1.9.0, if you're playing in the beta patch 1.9.1, that's probably causing an issue and I'll update it once the beta patch is released.
