Obviously, this can't be uploaded as a seperate skin as the effects won't match up and it will look really janky.

That's exactly what the mod is labelled as. This is a mirror, not my content.

He probably means how it's not labeled as a replacement, that replaces your original factory Abomination skins (A,B,C,D) with the Ceci skins as well as replaces the hero's skill icons, weapon and armor, and will likely break any other abomination skins you have as well.
